Return & Refund Policy — Day Care Heroes

You have 14 days after receiving your order, or the last item if your order is delivered separately, to exercise your right of withdrawal. To do so, contact us at daycareheroesfrance.contact@gmail.com. We will provide the applicable return address and return instructions. After notifying us, you must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notification.

Once we receive your return request, we will provide the return address and detailed shipping instructions. For returns due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for purchasing their own tracked return shipping label and for the return shipping costs. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us before returning it; where the issue is confirmed, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs. Please do not send any item without first contacting us, as this may delay the processing of your return.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You may inspect the item as you would in a physical store. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item's nature, characteristics, and functioning. Please include the original packaging and tags where reasonably possible.

Refunds

We will reimburse all eligible payments received from you, including the cost of standard outbound delivery, no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method more expensive than our standard option are not refundable.
