Shipping Policy
At Day Care Heroes, we offer free standard shipping, with no minimum purchase requirement, to all destinations available at checkout.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, European countries outside of European Union, European Union countries, as well as selected international destinations. The destinations currently available are displayed at checkout. If a country is not available, we are not currently able to ship orders there.
Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are generally processed on the same day or the following business day. This processing time is included in our total estimated delivery time.
Delivery is estimated within 6 to 9 business days from the date the order is confirmed.
Business days generally refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. These delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be extended due to the carrier, customs procedures, periods of high demand, or circumstances beyond our control.
Orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our international partner warehouses. Depending on product availability and destination, parcels may be shipped from outside the customer’s country of residence.
Shipping Costs and Taxes
Shipping is free for all orders. Any applicable taxes are included in the price paid at checkout.
Order and Tracking
When a tracking number is available, it will be sent by email after the order has been shipped. It may take some time before the first tracking information appears on the carrier's website.

Some items within the same order may be shipped separately and arrive in multiple packages. No additional shipping fees will be charged.
Shipping Address
Customers must ensure that their shipping address is correct before placing their order. To request a change, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.
Delayed or Missing Packages
If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery period, please contact us at daycareheroesfrance.contact@gmail.com and provide your order number. We will investigate the situation with the carrier and offer an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.
Customs Duties and Taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may be charged by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
