Legal Guarantee of Conformity

At Daycare Heroes, we comply with applicable European consumer protection laws.

All new products sold to consumers in the European Union benefit from a minimum two-year legal guarantee of conformity from the date of delivery. Local laws may provide additional rights.

This guarantee applies when a product is faulty, does not match its description, or does not work as reasonably expected.

If you believe your product has a conformity issue, contact us at daycareheroesfrance.contact@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos or videos may help us assess the problem.

Where applicable, Daycare Heroes will provide a repair or replacement free of charge. If this is not possible, or cannot be completed within a reasonable time without significant inconvenience, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund, in accordance with applicable law.

This legal guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, or changes made after delivery, except where required by law.

This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights. Any commercial warranty offered by Daycare Heroes is separate from, and does not replace, your legal guarantee of conformity.
